Return & Refund Policy

At Naheed, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a smooth and transparent return process for eligible items. Please read the policy below for detailed information.


General Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Products can be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
    • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (e.g., if the product was delivered on December 1st, the return request must be raised by December 8th).
    • Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind.
  2. Conditions for Returns:
    To ensure a successful return, please adhere to the following:
    • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any flaws. Fashion products may be tried on to check fit but must still be returned in unworn condition.
    • Include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories that came with the product.
    • Return the product in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. Avoid placing tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's box.
    • If delivered in Naheed packaging/box, the same must be used for the return.
    • Clearly indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience.
  3. Rejection of Return Requests:
    • If your returned item does not meet the above conditions, Naheed.pk reserves the right to reject the return request.
    • For rejected returns:
      • The item will be sent back to you within 4-6 business days.
      • After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the item will be sent to scrap, and no refund will be provided.

Valid Reasons for Return

  • Damaged Product: Physically broken or defective items.
  • Incorrect Product: Wrong item, size, or color delivered.
  • Incomplete Product: Missing items or accessories.
  • Mismatch with Description: Product does not match the description or pictures provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for returns:

  • Men’s and Women’s Innerwear and Swimwear
  • Skincare and Haircare Products
  • Perfumes and Fragrances (including deodorants)
  • Grocery Items
  • Cleaning & Laundry Supplies
  • Games & Movies
  • Pet Supplies
  • Sale Items

How to Initiate a Return?

  2. Our team will guide you through the return procedure and confirm if the product qualifies for return based on the policy.

Refund Process

We offer multiple refund options for your convenience:

  • Store Credit: Processed within 1-2 business days after quality check.
  • Bank Deposit: Processed within 7-10 business days after quality check.
  • Credit Card Reversal: Processed within 7-10 business days after quality check. However, the actual reversal may take additional time due to processing delays from banks or other financial institutions involved.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch by calling (021) 111 624 333.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, you can decline the parcel at the time of delivery.
